Join us for a 60-minute live interactive session designed exclusively for our LEGO® Serious Play® students. Two of our certified practitioners will walk you through real sessions they’ve designed and delivered — what the challenge was, how they approached it, what happened in the room, and what came out the other side.

There’s only so much you can learn from theory. The best way to grow as a facilitator is to hear how other practitioners actually think — how they read a brief, design a session, handle the unexpected, and follow through.
This session brings that to life. Two practitioners will present their work as detailed case studies, and you’ll have the chance to ask questions, dig into the detail, and take practical ideas straight into your own practice.

Connie will present her experience bringing LEGO® Serious Play® into a university classroom — how she adapted the methodology for an academic context, what her students experienced, and how it changed the way she teaches.

Khalilah will share a case study from a large-scale team development session she facilitated for 70 HR and Operations leaders — walking us through her design choices, how she managed the group dynamic, and the outcomes that followed.
